Shipping & Delivery

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at https://radiosmart.co.za.   If you have any questions, please contact us via email:  admin@radiosmart.co.za 

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Local/Store Pickup
Chose this option if you intend collecting in Parklands, Cape Town.  Please contact us directly to make an appointment for pickup.
You can also use this option to check out if you have made other arrangements with RadioSmart Solutions.

Courier
RadioSmart Solutions use The Courier Guy for Shipping.
Shipping will be calculated on check out.

Insurance
Insurance is optional and is charged at 3% of the cart value (Items Only).
Insurance is selected during checkout and calculated at the end.

Order Processing Time
Please allow two days for processing of orders. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.  Please supply a delivery address during checkout with a contactable number.

International Orders
We currently only ship within the borders of South Africa.  Please feel free to contact us regarding this.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
